Hi-Lite Solutions, Inc., manufacturer of environmentally preferred specialty cleaners announces the opening of its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Virginia. The new facility, located at 1285 Brucetown Road, Clear Brook, began full operations in late March.

Richard C. (Cal) McNeely III, Vice President and General Manager, stated “The new facility will fulfill all of Hi-Lite Solutions’ current needs, while still allowing for future expansion. We feel that Clear Brook was an excellent location for this facility and we are excited to be a part of the business community there.”

The 13,000 square ft. facility on five acres will house the administrative and sales offices as well as the new manufacturing plant and warehouse.  The blending tanks in the plant will enable simultaneous manufacturing of four different product lines at the same time. The expansive warehouse will allow for the storage of finished product and raw materials so that orders can be instantly filled as they come in, better serving the needs of the customer. A new lab is being constructed for the in-house chemist who can assist customers with the development of any specialty product needs that they may have.

Mike Pettit, Vice President of Manufacturing says, “Having the ability to produce four different product lines at once will enable us to continue to service the needs of our larger customers without interruption, while still being able to manufacturer a smaller order for a specialty customer at the same time."
