4110 Paint Prep Cleaner
In order to Go Green, and reduce VOC’s in the paint industry, solvent based paints are rapidly being replaced by water-based paints.  Aero-Green’s 4110 Paint Prep Cleaner, the first non-toxic, water-based product on the market designed to safely clean and prepare all surfaces for paint, works better than traditional toxic cleaners with the industry’s new paints. Because the paint and Aero-Green 4110 both use water-based technology, there are very compatible, so the paint bonds better to the surface, leaving little or no imperfections in the painted surface. When used alone or in combination with the other Aero-Green products in the Sherwin Williams ProVisions line, cleaning the surface with Aero-Green 4110 is the final and most important step to ensure a professional flawless finish.

4130 High Pressure Cleaner Degreaser
Aero-Green 4130 High Pressure Cleaner Degreaser is a concentrated, very powerful, eco-friendly, aqueous cleaner. It can be used to thoroughly clean all types of vehicles, heavy machinery and industrial equipment. It is also very effective when cleaning large surfaces such as exterior buildings, interior walls, ceilings, floors and stairways. When used with both cold and heated high pressure washers, Aero-Green 4130 attacks, quickly breaks down and safely removes dirt, concrete dust, exhaust soot, oils, greases, hydraulic fluids and fuel residue, as well as a variety of soils. It dries quickly, leaving a residue free clean surface. Aero-Green 4130 is also very effective when used as a pre-soak solution prior to steam cleaning.

4140 Concrete Cleaner
Aero-Green 4140 Concrete Cleaner is an extremely efficient, water-based, readily biodegradable, high pressure cleaner degreaser. Designed to be cost effective and easy to use with cold or heated high pressure washers, this product is formulated to be a safe, non-hazardous, drop-in replacement for traditional toxic solvents. Aero-Green 4140 quickly and easily removes caked on dirt, oils, greases, fuel residue, mold, mildew, fungus, along with a variety of soils from any concrete surface.

4150 Immersion Degreaser
Aero-Green 4150 Immersion Degreaser is a concentrated, water-based cleaning agent for use in heated immersion tanks, ultrasonic degreasers, parts washers and heated spray cabinet washers. It does an excellent job cleaning a variety of industrial and mechanical equipment, including automotive components. Aero-Green 4150’s exceptional heavy-duty cleaning performance is due to state-of-the-art chemistry. This non-flammable, non-chlorinated degreaser is a direct replacement for toxic solvents. Aero-Green 4150 removes oil, grease and other soils more effectively and dries much more rapidly than the high flash solvents (140-150 F) typically used in cold parts washer units.

4160 Parts Washer Degreaser
Aero-Green 4160 Parts Washer Degreaser is designed to provide superior cleaning of mechanical parts, engine support equipment, automotive and aircraft components. It’s very powerful formula makes it easy to remove oils, grease and other tough soils. Aero-Green 4160 is mixed with water in a dip or immersion tank, ultrasonic tank, or in-line system. Then the parts are cleaned in the solution. The solution can last for weeks depending on the frequency of use and the size of the tank. Aero-Green 4160 contains a rust inhibitor. After the part has been cleaned it can be immediately worked on or shelved for some time without any corrosion forming on the surface.

4175 Ink and Coating Remover
Aero-Green 4175 Ink and Coating Remover has a special additive in its non-toxic, water soluble formula that makes it very effective in removing tars; solvent, oil and water based inks; and adhesives on equipment, machines and floors that need  to be cleaned, or are about to be painted.  Before cleaning the object to be painted with Aero-Green 4175, use Aero-Green 4110 Paint Prep Cleaner to remove all the oils, dirts and greases on the surface first. The tars, inks and adhesives left behind are then cleaned away using Aero-Green 4175. After that, clean the piece again with Aero-Green 4110 to remove any residue left behind from Aero-Green 4175 to ensure that the paint properly adheres to the surface.

AC-10 Rust Remover and Metal Prep
Aero-Green AC-10 Rust Remover and Metal Prep is specially formulated to remove rust or any type of oxidation on the surface of a metal part prior to painting. Depending on the surface to be cleaned, this clear, odorless, innovative product can be diluted with water and brushed on, sprayed on, or used in cold or heated dip tanks for the best results. Aero-Green AC-10 is also used when a part has been welded prior to painting. The welded area of the part is wiped down with Aero-Green AC-10 to prep the metal. After removing rust or prepping the metal with Aero-Green AC-10, the part is given a final wipe down with Aero-Green 4110 prior to painting.

AC-22 Scale Remover
Aero-Green AC-22 Scale Remover is an eco-friendly, concentrated liquid, specially formulated to remove scale deposits and oxides quickly, effectively and safely from lines and a variety of surfaces. It can be also be safely used on metal surfaces including steel, copper and bronze. Aero-Green AC-22 eliminates stains and accumulated deposits from wood, tile, glass, brick, vitreous china, marble and plastic, without harming the surface. Cost effective and user friendly, Aero-Green AC-22’s state-of-the-art concentrated formula can be used full-strength or diluted up to 50% with water.
